All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices, descriptions, and product details are subject to change at any time without notice.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Venom Court Apparel, we stand behind the quality and performance of our gear. If an item does not meet expectations, the following terms apply:

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

Exchanges may be requested for size or color of the same item and are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with original packaging and tags

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Sale, promotional, and discounted items (including purchases made using promo codes) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. These items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in place of refunds under certain circumstances. Store credit:

  • Is issued digitally

  • Does not expire

  • May be used on future purchases at venomcourtapparel.com

Final Sale Items

All clearance items, limited releases, promotional items, and launch specials are considered final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges will only be considered if the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Upon verification, Venom Court Apparel will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Venom Court Apparel.

Performance Apparel & Logo Application Disclaimer

Venom Court Apparel products are performance garments and feature heat-applied logos. Due to the nature of performance fabrics and the production process, minor variations in print texture, placement, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery
